This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas: Jasper County MO + surrounding counties including but not limited to Newton, Barton & Vernon Counties PPV [ pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load up to Full Time. Approx. 2 weekly visits + 2 bi-weekly visits + 30 monthly visits [Approx. 8-10 visits per week] Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month. Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.
