Resident Focused Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others. You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day. Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana & maintain license required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
- Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus
