LPN / RN- Part Time Nights Role Information Location: Wesley Woods | 4588 Wesley Woods Blvd., New Albany, OH 43054 Schedule: Part - Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM every Wednesday   Who We Are Life Enriching Communities is a not-for-profit organization that provides exceptional everyday experiences for associates and residents in our vibrant senior living communities. Requirements

  • Valid Ohio LPN license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A professional who understands how to approach others in a respectful manner and reacts well under pressure
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
  • Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans
  • Monitor changes in residents' conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
  • Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner
  • Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
