About The Position

Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care. Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics. Assists the Director of Nursing with completion of documentation as required by the Department of Human Services, PA 2600. Assists the Personal Care team to identify the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of residents.

Requirements

  • Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.

  • Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
