About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Bethel Park, PA and surrounding areas. The company has been providing care to the medically fragile community since 2000, operating with values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed. Angels of Care nurses deliver direct, one-on-one medical care, making a significant impact on the lives of their patients and families. The role involves working full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a primary focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents within their home environment.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
