Responsibilities

• Providing 1-on-1 Patient Care with personalized attention.
• Following Care Plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care.
• Monitoring Patient Conditions and Maintaining Accurate Patient Charts.
• Assisting with Daily Activities to enhance the patient's quality of life.
