MAs deliver care in a clinic setting and provides safe, patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, contributing to optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations. Tier 2 MAs utilize fundamental clinical skills but are frequently required to apply moderate to advanced-complexity clinical skills and knowledge in their daily practice, often in high-complexity or specialized settings, requiring additional training skill validation. Responsibilities include direct patient care, administrative support, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to uphold the highest standards of quality and service. Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in medical office or similar capacity.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in similar capacity if acting in the Scribe role.
