About The Position

Avita Health System serves the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. The organization has tripled in size, now employing over 2,300 team members and more than 200 physicians and advanced practitioners, with a mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Avita is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Health Services Department at multiple locations. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients within physician clinics under the supervision of a physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). The LPN will also participate in patient and family teaching, maintain a role as a patient advocate, and coordinate clinical staff regarding patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio
Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office

Responsibilities
