Key responsibilities include: Participating in the modification of the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, considering each patient’s developmental needs. Participating in evaluating patient responses to interventions based on expected outcomes. Reassessing patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifying the plan of care as needed. Contributing to patient assessments by conducting focused evaluations. Collecting and comparing patient data to previous conditions and documenting or reporting changes appropriately. Requirements

  • Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required.
  • Current BLS required.
  • One (1) year full‑ or part‑time (greater than 20 hours/week) hospital‑based experience required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
