About The Position

Brookdale Stuart is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Nurse Manager to join our leadership team. We are a 42-bed assisted living community dedicated to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence. Position Summary The LPN Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met as they change over time. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and plays a key role in maintaining quality care, staff education, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in good standing
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident care needs
  • Commitment to quality care and teamwork

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily healthcare operations within the assisted living community
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical and operational goals
  • Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion
  • Complete resident assessments and develop, update, and monitor care plans
  • Monitor resident weights and overall health status
  • Conduct wound rounds and oversee wound care management
  • Schedule nursing staff and assist with coverage as needed
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the care team
  • Pick up shifts as needed to cover call-outs
  • Work a combination of day and evening shifts

  • Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
