Requirements
- Current Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain prior to start of program).
- Current BLS certification.
- Successful completion of the LPN Nurse Residency application process.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in transitional and/or long-term care settings.
- Learn from experienced nurses and participate in structured residency learning opportunities.
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and individualized care implementation.
