About The Position

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an energetic team focused on excellent care for patients with complex neurological conditions. LPNs in this role will utilize their expertise in monitoring vital signs, observing neurological changes, and assisting with patient assessments to help detect complications early, thereby improving patient outcomes and clinic efficiency. The LPN will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. This role offers an opportunity for both newly graduated LPNs and those with years of experience to grow their skillset, feel valued, and make a lasting impact. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • If position requires IV therapy/management skills in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
