Marquette is currently recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to join our Memory Care team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents while supervising and delegating care to QMAs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Current Indiana LPN license
- Willingness to be available for emergencies as needed.
- Passion for senior care, hospitality, and resident engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), family and social activities, and actively promote independence.
- Identify medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and complete ongoing resident assessments.
- Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services regarding resident conditions, staffing performance, and nursing supply needs.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, established nursing standards, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services with interdisciplinary team members.
