What You’ll Do Provide advanced wound care therapies, including low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (MIST) Travel locally to patients’ homes while following strict safety and infection control standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent outcomes Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Grow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunities What We’re Looking For Qualifications Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice Skills & Attributes Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcare Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a mobile setting Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Pay Structure Estimated hourly earnings: $29–$45/hour Based on 25–50 completed visits per week and 40–45 hours worked Actual earnings vary by visit volume, route density, and hours worked Estimated annual earnings: $61,620–$103,000 (varies by volume and schedule) Pay details: W-2 hourly pay for all hours worked (patient care, charting, and travel time between patients) $25 per completed MIST visit (visit completed + documentation per policy) Overtime paid per federal and state law Mileage reimbursement for business travel between patient locations Hourly rate is set to meet all applicable state wage requirements and provided in the written offer Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Employee discount Schedule & Workload Full-time, field-based routes Typically weekday coverage 25–50 visits per week 40–45 hours per week, depending on route and volume Apply Today! Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcare
