LivinRite is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse, who will work collaboratively under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurse. The LPN scribe is a trained medical documentation specialist who supports the primary provider of care by reviewing clinical information and accurately recording assessments, findings, and treatment plans within the patient's medical record. The scribe ensures that the provider's documentation is complete, timely, and compliant with medical and regulatory standards. LPN Scribes do not provide direct patient care or make clinical decisions; instead, they serve as an extension of the clinician's documentation process-helping streamline workflow, improve record accuracy, and allow the provider to focus more fully on patient care. Requirements

• Graduate of an accepted Licensed Practical Nursing Program and licensed to practice nursing issued by the state of Virginia
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in home health, acute care or rehabilitation setting, preferred.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Must be able to direct care appropriately to support the specific populations (adult & geriatric) provided in nursing services.
• Experience in office procedures:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to resolve problems and set priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with confidence, clarity and attention to detail.
• Pleasant telephone demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Ability to work cohesively with others and multi-task in a busy office setting.
• Current and active drivers license and car insurance.
