About The Position

Job Summary: We’re seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Under RN supervision, you’ll provide hands-on care, support patient needs, and help ensure the best outcomes in a supportive, professional environment.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license
- At least 6 months of nursing home or healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (as needed)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort
- Communicate status changes to the care team
- Follow care plans and infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation
