About The Position

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, professional, and dedicated FULL-TIME Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care, supporting individuals with their health needs.
This position offers flexible scheduling; however, we are prioritizing candidates who can commit to a consistent and FULL-TIME weekly schedule. FULL-TIME employees are required to work 5 shifts per week including every other Saturday & Sunday. Employees can also complete double shifts.
FULL-TIME Opening: 2PM-10:30PM (Eve)
If you are unable to work the EVENING Shift including working every other Saturday & Sunday then this position is not the right fit for you.
The hourly rate is $40/hr. and the overtime & holiday rate is $60/hr.
Our pay period is Sunday to Saturday and pay is weekly (every Thursday via direct deposit)

Requirements

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
