Requirements

• Missouri LPN license
• Passion for seniors and teamwork
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• A heart for care and a desire to grow

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments
• Monitor residents’ health and communicate with care teams
• Build real relationships with patients and families
• Keep accurate records and follow care plans
• Bring your positivity and leadership to every shift
