As an Intermediate Swing Bed LPN, you provide consistent, relationship-based care in a calm, supportive setting. The Patients Intermediate (non-skilled) swing bed patients Stable medical needs Longer length of stay than acute care Familiar routines and consistent care plans Not receiving active rehab services Not acute and not long-term care residents The Details Beds: Up to 10 Shifts: 8a to 8p or 8p to 8a Weekends and holidays: Every other On-call: None

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Montana LPN license or multistate compact license
• BLS required

Nice To Haves

• ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience with long-term care, rehab, or swing bed patients is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to intermediate (non-skilled) swing bed patients
• Support patients who have completed or no longer qualify for skilled therapy
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families
• Lead and support CNAs and other care partners on the unit
• Collaborate with acute care nursing staff when questions or needs arise
• Maintain a calm, steady approach to patient care in a lower-acuity setting
