Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dedication to resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring resident care meets high standards.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as infection control protocols.
