In hospice, you have the time to truly care for your patients. We are seeking an LPN Hospice Nurse who excels in clinical problem-solving and compassionate communication. The Role: Manage a dedicated caseload of patients in their preferred environment. Expertly manage pain and symptoms using advanced palliative protocols. Educate families on the disease process and the dying process with honesty and grace. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (MD, LSW, Chaplain) to provide holistic care.
