About The Position
What You Should Know About the LPN-Extended Hours Role: The LPN-Extended Hours position serving the Dayton area. This is a Full-time Night shift position, 7P-7A, weekend warrior position. In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed The LPN Extended Hours Essential Duties Are: We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families. Requirements
- LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
