Our multispecialty practice is located at 480 Lynnfield Street in Lynn, MA, within the Lynn Medical Village. The Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center in Lynn provides comprehensive outpatient services, including primary care, imaging, and blood draw laboratory services delivered by clinicians from Salem Hospital. In addition to primary care, our practice hosts nine visiting specialties, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonology, and Rheumatology, offering patients convenient access to a broad range of specialty services in one location. Job Summary We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) LPN Clinical Lead to support our multispecialty practice, Monday through Friday from 8:30am–5:00pm. This individual will serve as the leader of the clinical support staff, overseeing approximately 30–35 direct reports, including all Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses within the practice. The LPN Clinical Lead will collaborate closely with the front-end lead to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the site. The ideal candidate will bring prior supervisory or leadership experience and demonstrate a collaborative leadership style. We are looking for someone who can contribute fresh ideas and new perspectives to support workflow improvements and team development. In addition to managing direct reports, key responsibilities include ordering clinical supplies, overseeing clinical scheduling, monitoring staff training and competencies, and supporting overall clinical operations to maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence. Responsible for managing the daily operations of a unit or department including scheduling, managing staff shifts, assigning nursing staff to patients, monitoring charts, coordinating treatment for patients with different physicians and medical providers, and ensuring each department runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Nursing Experience 2-3 years required
  • Hospital Setting Experience 0-1 year required
  • Knowledgeable in general nursing practices and associated departmental or unit responsibilities.
  • Ability to assess patients, interpret tests and recommend the most efficient treatment plan and services.
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and hospital staff.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues effectively with a broad population of patients, staff and physicians.
