As an LPN on the team, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional, top-quality care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of patients, all while enhancing your nursing skills through hands-on experience and numerous educational resources offered within the Cleveland Clinic system. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 6:00PM.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accredited LPN program
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Knowledge of Infection Control Practices
- Experience with technology
- Computer literacy

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients.
- Administer medication.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in medical records and files.
- Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.
- Implement pain management assessments and documentation.
- Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.
- Follow Code Blue protocol.
