Will be required to take NRP within 6 months of hire Will be required to be oriented to scrubbing in the OR for cases performed in the Labor and Delivery department - C-section; D & C; assist in vaginal delivery; instrument counts; sterile field; assist anesthesia; cleaning instruments, restocking labor rooms, OR area, other duties as assigned FTE: Per Diem Shift: Nights Schedule: 12 hour night shifts and rotating weekends. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
- License to pass medications may be required
- Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty
Responsibilities
- You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging
- You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
- You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process

- The pay scale is $27.53 - $45.49 USD.
- However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
- If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
