Employment Type: Part Time Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as an Assisted Living Administrator. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and administrative skills.

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
ALF Administrator License or willing to obtain
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior housing required
Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of assisted living operations, including resident care, staffing, and facility management
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers, including hiring, training, and performance management
Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and ongoing health monitoring
Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records
Manage budgets, billing, and resource allocation
Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and quality of life
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external partners
