About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate and direct patient care, acting as a liaison and advocate for clinic providers, patients, and the organization under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Responsibilities will include administering injections and medications to a wide range of patients, from infants to adults To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation. Requirements

This position requires the ability to triage and assess patients
Strong interpersonal skills
A basic knowledge of nursing
The ability to solve problems
Excellent technical, time management, and communication skills
Physical stamina
Experience in an ambulatory care setting
The ability to be multi-task oriented, the ability to work at a fast pace, and the ability to operate as a member of a team
A current Washington State Practical Nursing License
