About The Position

The LPI CNG Dispatcher efficiently coordinates and assigns resources, such as trailers or yard operators, to fulfill operational needs. This role receives and prioritizes service requests while maintaining effective communication with the LPI CNG Coordinator, LPI Crew Leader, and drivers. This position ensures the smooth execution of daily operations at the compression station, accurate record-keeping, and the availability of proper transportation documents for each haul. Most importantly, the LPI CNG Dispatcher plays a critical role in optimizing workflow and maintaining efficient communication channels.

Requirements

It is a condition of employment to pass the CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas.
Previous logistic experience preferred.
Remains flexible and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.
Proven experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

Communicates any delivery issue to the District Manager and CNG Coordinator.
Ensures CNG is being delivered for each location to meet job demand.
Reports all activities to CNG Coordinator throughout scheduled shift.
Maintains regular contact with CNG Coordinator, CNG Equipment operator in the yard, and drivers throughout scheduled shift to meet all required job expectations.
