About The Position

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at Crossroads Correctional Center located in Cameron, Missouri.
The LPC/LCSW Licensed - Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) provides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing individual and group therapy.

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
• Active mental health professional license Missouri: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Nice To Haves

• Two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred
