About The Position
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at Northeast Correctional Center located in Bowling Green, Missouri. The Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional provides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing individual and group therapy.
Requirements
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
- Active mental health professional license Missouri: P-LPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT required
- Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
- Monday-Friday, Days, 7:30am-4:00pm, On-call rotation with stipend

- Two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred
