About The Position

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing South Carolina Licensure as a LPC in Greenville to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Requirements

  • Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided (South Carolina)
  • A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a LPCA
  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location
  • Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week – 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
  • Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
  • Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
  • Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
