This role is suited for a hands-on professional with strong analytical chemistry expertise and experience with modern instrumentation in regulated laboratory settings. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with chromatography (LC, GC, IC) and spectroscopy (UV/VIS, fluorescence)
  • Strong wet chemistry background and sample preparation expertise
  • Familiarity with GLP/GMP environments and method validation practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lab environment
  • 3–5+ years in an analytical chemistry lab
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

  • Experience with Teams/SharePoint
  • Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceutical, chemical, or CRO analytical labs

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing using wet chemistry and instrumental techniques (LC, GC, IC, UV/VIS)
  • Execute sample preparation (weighing, pipetting, extraction, dilution, centrifugation) with precision
  • Support method development, optimization, and validation activities
  • Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products across multiple product lines
  • Interpret data, perform trend analysis, and generate clear technical reports
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation; recommend upgrades as needed
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP/GMP standards, and safety protocols
  • Document all lab activities accurately in notebooks and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively
  • Assist with lab operations including inventory, calibration, and workspace organization
