LP Technician - Analytical

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with chromatography (LC, GC, IC) and spectroscopy (UV/VIS, fluorescence)
- Strong wet chemistry background and sample preparation expertise
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP environments and method validation practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lab environment
- 3–5+ years in an analytical chemistry lab
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

- Experience with Teams/SharePoint
- Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceutical, chemical, or CRO analytical labs
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using wet chemistry and instrumental techniques (LC, GC, IC, UV/VIS)
- Execute sample preparation (weighing, pipetting, extraction, dilution, centrifugation) with precision
- Support method development, optimization, and validation activities
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products across multiple product lines
- Interpret data, perform trend analysis, and generate clear technical reports
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation; recommend upgrades as needed
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP/GMP standards, and safety protocols
- Document all lab activities accurately in notebooks and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively
- Assist with lab operations including inventory, calibration, and workspace organization
