Requirements

  • Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Perform qualification of high‑purity gas and chemical distribution systems, testing for particulates, contaminants, moisture, O₂ levels, and leaks.
  • Operate and maintain analytical testing equipment, including particle counters, moisture/O₂ analyzers, and helium leak detectors.
  • Work safely in a cleanroom environment, including confined spaces and elevated or awkward positions.
  • Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, instrumentation diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Perform preventative maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Accurately log data, create professional reports, and provide clear verbal/written pass‑downs.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customers; maintain strong customer‑service relationships.
  • Follow all company, OSHA, and environmental safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO/CoHE, JHAs/JSAs, and chemical‑handling guidelines.
  • Participate in safety programs, audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives (TPM, 6S, quality improvements).
  • Use basic hand/power tools and work efficiently within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate time‑management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in MS Office.
