Position Overview: This role will be responsible for communication with current customers to correlate and perform routine gas checks on-site at area homes and businesses. Schedule meetings with customers per their availability to ensure timely completion of tasks. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support Keystone Cooperative’s stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values Project a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times Provide outstanding and courteous customer service Continuously follow the safety guidelines and safety programs established by Keystone Cooperative Notify the LP department of any safety, maintenance, or other issue(s) needing addressed Keep informed and follow approved safety practices in the performance of job responsibilities Responsible for adequate communication with home and business owners to ensure that customer (over the age of 18) and/ or adult is present at the time of gas check Offer flexibility in order to meet with the customer, including some evenings and/ or weekends if necessary, in order to ensure that gas checks can be completed Perform required gas checks accurately and thoroughly to ensure that the customers liquid propane service is safe and efficient Maintain vehicle in good working order, which includes but is not limited to, keeping the truck clean and presentable, ensuring oil changes and maintenance are scheduled as needed and keeping record of repairs Must log time and weekly progress with supervisor Carry out Keystone Cooperative’s compliance with Duty to Warn obligations with existing or new customers Must complete all paperwork, obtain required customer (or adult representative’s) signature, and forward along to administration for further processing Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and PEP certification required Ability to read and communicate effectively with customers and company Basic mathematical skills Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Ability to meet physical demands such as standing, sitting, climbing, bending, twisting repeatedly or for long periods of time Have the physical ability to use tools for certain tasks Will be exposed to dust, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals and outside elements #LI-DD1 At Keystone Cooperative, we value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
