THE IPMACT YOU'LL HAVE The Intelligence Analyst, Loss Prevention - Enterprise Protection & Intelligence Center is responsible for the monitoring, triage, analysis, and support of internal/external enterprise impacting escalations to the Enterprise Protection & Intelligence Center (Corporate based Security Operations Center). The Intelligence Analyst is also responsible for accurately ascertaining the scope of the escalation on the first contact through the provision of consistent, in-policy advice to the stakeholder - and own follow-up communication for any next steps to assist with resolution. This role builds outstanding relationships with stakeholders by providing expert insights and advice through the resourcing and execution of an appropriate EPICenter response plan. The Intelligence Analyst works collaboratively with stakeholders by utilizing analytical proficiency and influencing skills to identify and provide solutions that protect the internal customer/guest experience and Ulta Beauty brand. We are seeking to fill multiple roles across a 24/7 operation. Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Crisis Management, or related function
  • Requires experience utilizing PC software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Expertise conducting complex/confidential open-source intelligence investigations (“skip tracing”) via web tools/intelligence software
  • Solid working knowledge of current Loss Prevention technology (MS Office, EAS, Burglar Alarms, Networks, BI, CCTV, Kronos, POS systems, case management software, exception-based reporting etc.)
  • Possesses solid business acumen, judgement, and the highest ethical character
  • Proven ability to make good decisions under pressure
  • Must have strong planning, organization, collaboration, and decision-making skills
  • Must have the ability to compile and analyze data across multiple data systems and/or corporate business partners in a logical sequence of information
  • Must have ability to communicate information both verbally and in writing in a concise, detailed, and accurate fashion
  • Must be able to multi-task, and prioritize time sensitive deadlines
  • As part of the onboarding process, the successful candidate will be required to pass a technical operational training assessment through satisfactory practical application of the training curriculum and demonstrate the level of knowledge required to meet the core job responsibilities as a LP Intelligence Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end triage and response for enterprise impacting escalations
  • Remotely monitor Ulta Beauty assets within an assigned area
  • Effectively demonstrate and utilize operational competencies as it relates to the Everbridge platform
  • Identify and utilize the correct internal resources for monitoring and responding to escalations
  • Provide the appropriate level of insight and risk analysis to stakeholders through a mix of outbound phone, email contact channels and internal tracking mechanisms
  • Support Severity Level investigations and communicate findings to respective stakeholders
  • Ownership of communication and documentation for applicable post care incident workflows
  • Partner and provide support to the EPICenter Operations Manager on elevated or complex issues
  • Document incidents and investigations as assigned
  • Meet assigned quality metrics and service level goals
