As a Loyalty Strategy Lead , you will be part of the larger Loyalty Strategy and Growth team. You’ll lead high-impact strategy development and execution across loyalty pillars, benefits, or experiences, always balancing guest relevance with financial performance and operational feasibility. The Strategy and Growth team leads strategy for Target Circle, assesses future growth territories, manages business performance outcomes, designs new benefits and partnerships, and brings new members into the program to drive program growth.
