About The Position

Camping World is looking for a Loyalty & Membership intern for the summer of 2026. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of our multi-tender loyalty and credit card programs. This role sits within the Loyalty Operations team to help execute day-to-day operations, develop member engagement campaigns, and support data-driven initiatives that enhance the overall Member experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how loyalty programs drive customer value and brand affinity. Candidates must have the ability to work in our Chicago or Lincolnshire office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days remote) for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related degree.
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027.
  • Ability to relocate to Chicago for the internship. (Note: Relocation or housing stipends are not provided.)
  • Engage in the Internship Project, culminating in a final presentation to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets) and learning CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the loyalty and membership program, ensuring accurate setup and smooth execution of promotions, benefits, and member communications.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Service to deliver seamless member experiences.
  • Monitor member feedback and help identify operational gaps or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support reporting and dashboards by pulling data, tracking KPIs, and preparing weekly performance summaries.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns to drive program enrollment, upgrades, and engagement.
  • Conduct competitive research on loyalty trends within the RV & Outdoor industries to inform program benefits and corresponding marketing strategy.
