About The Position

The Low Voltage Service Technician will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial security systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with low voltage systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, audio/video equipment, data cabling, and telecommunications infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of safety and functionality for our clients' security needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACCESS control systems, including expertise in intrusion detection systems and video surveillance systems.
• Experience with audio-visual equipment
• Current Arizona Alarm Agents License.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively
• High awareness of job site safety protocols and strict adherence to Benson’s safety standards
• Excels in analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must pass a background check with no DUI or domestic violence records as some work may be on Federal Property and Military Reservations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
