Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized follow-up sessions with customers to review vehicle features and technology
- Educate and guide customers through infotainment systems, safety features, and advanced vehicle functions
- Turn complex technology into a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand experience
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth, professional, and memorable handoff
- Answer customer questions and build confidence in their purchase
- Stay up to date on new models, features, and technology updates
- Partner with Sales and Service teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
