About The Position

Encore Project Manage the HIH Knowledge Transfer for the expense accounting team. Act as intermediary between transitioning staff and HIH project team. Facilitate meetings with matrix partners to guide them in successful transition and documentation. Evaluate readiness of HIH staff to independently perform tasks. Track progress and report to leadership. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and deep knowledge of expense accounting processes. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of expense accounting processes
  • Proven track record of delivering results and influencing across a large organization
  • Effective communicator
  • Proven success working within expense accounting
  • Experience working with various levels of management, including senior leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Thrives working independently and in a team environment
  • Works effectively and efficiently on multiple tasks and deadlines, while producing high quality results
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of related work experience in expense accounting
  • Cigna retiree
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
