Requirements

A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency — every delivery matters
Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
Ability to stay organized and manage your own schedule
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate each morning with the Sales Team & F&I Manager to schedule Subaru deliveries
Review all deal paperwork and scan to our Central Billing Office (CBO)
Confirm all stipulations and prepare documents requiring customer signatures
Serve as the liaison between the store and the CBO for questions or missing items
Track daily deliveries and ensure they’re processed correctly and on time
After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V‑Auto, recap, commissions, and documentation
Return completed deals to the CBO
Assist in resolving any funding delays promptly and professionally
