About The Position

The Lottery Sales Manager develops and monitors effective sales and inventory distribution plans for Vermont Lottery products to agents. They are responsible for managing the retail lottery network and that lottery agents have optimal inventory levels, adopt merchandising best practices, maintain clean and professional store appearance, and provide excellent service to customers. The position regularly conducts sales analysis and develops and implements sales strategies in the field. You'll recruit new lottery agents and make recommendations concerning the licensing of agents and the revocation of existing licenses.This position supervises a team of four Lottery Sales Representatives, and is a blend of field work throughout the state, as well as office work in Berlin, VT.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent AND four (4) years of work experience, including two (2) involving field sales, retail or wholesale sales or service duties.
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Candidates must possess a clean driving record
