About The Position

RideNow Powersport Tucson has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing
Lot Tech; capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and
watercraft trailers in our showroom and lot.

Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make vehicles ready for
display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking
beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and
deliveries. The RideNow Powersports Lot Tech does not mind being on their feet
most of the day, is a team player that will jump in and help with whatever task
needs to be done!

Requirements

• Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Ability to work 40-50 hours full time, Tuesday- Saturday
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
• Organize Motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and watercraft in the front lot and showroom
• Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
• Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
• Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
• Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
• Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
• Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
• Assist with other duties as requested
