About The Position

Tucson Harley-Davidson has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Lot Tech/Driver. This role involves moving and arranging Motorcycles in the showroom and lot, general merchandising tasks to prepare motorcycles for display/sale (such as washing/cleaning), maintaining the facility's appearance, and assisting with facility activities like shipments and deliveries. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable being on their feet most of the day and willing to help with various tasks.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older, for insurance coverage.
Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience required
Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
Excellent communication skills
Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
Ability to be on your feet most of the day
Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment

Responsibilities

Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom
Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
Assist with other duties as requested
