About The Position

Powder Keg Harley-Davidson is seeking a dependable and outgoing Lot Tech and Service Driver. This role involves moving and arranging motorcycles in the showroom and lot, performing general merchandising tasks to prepare motorcycles for display and sale, including washing and cleaning vehicles, and maintaining the facility's appearance. The Lot Tech will also assist with facility activities such as shipments and deliveries and should be a team player willing to help with various tasks, comfortable being on their feet for most of the day.

Requirements

• Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
• Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom
• Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold
• Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
• Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
• Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
• Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
• Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy
• Assist with other duties as requested
