About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Coordinator to join our team at the auto auction. As Lot Coordinator , you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, checking-in vehicles to various dealerships and lease companies, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Being able to operate a wrecker, rollback and forklift is required. Duties:- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot- Move vehicles to designated areas within the lot- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling vehicles and checking tire pressure- Assist with vehicle inventory management- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests- Operate manual transmission vehicles when required- Using I-Pad / Tablet to stock in and picture vehicles.- Working outside in ALL weather conditions. Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service #LI-CG1
