About The Position

The Lot Cleaner staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Lot Cleaner staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that standards are always met. Please be aware this can be a labor-intensive position at times based on project needs. Scheduled hours will be Mon-Fri 6:00 am-2:30 pm

Requirements

• Schedule Flexibility and availability.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to attendance excellence.
• Vald drivers license and clean record as this is a driving route and MVR check will need to be done if hired.

Nice To Haves

• General Maintenance- equipment repair (experience preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Complete daily lot cleaning for assigned lots based on client’s expectation for their given location.
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead, as necessary.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
• Be reliable and flexible when completed assigned projects.
• Assist with snow removal as needed during inclement weather periods.
• Support all parking lot projects as business needs require.
• Adhere to company safety/ cleaning procedures.
• Complete daily time tracking shift paperwork.
• Participate in required company trainings annually.
• Operate a cell phone and use app for route.
