About The Position
Position: Lot Cleaner @ City Center Parking Location: Portland, OR (downtown) Pay: 18.00 hourly Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm The Lot Cleaner staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Lot Cleaner staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that standards are always met. Please be aware this can be a labor-intensive position at times based on project needs. Scheduled hours will be Mon-Fri 6:00 am-2:30 pm
Requirements
- Schedule Flexibility and availability.
- At least 18 years of age.
- General Maintenance- equipment repair (experience preferred, but not required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to attendance excellence.
- Vald drivers license and clean record as this is a driving route and MVR check will need to be done if hired.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily lot cleaning for assigned lots based on client’s expectation for their given location.
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead, as necessary.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
- Be reliable and flexible when completed assigned projects.
- Assist with snow removal as needed during inclement weather periods.
- Support all parking lot projects as business needs require.
- Adhere to company safety/ cleaning procedures.
- Complete daily time tracking shift paperwork.
- Participate in required company trainings annually.
- Operate a cell phone and use app for route.
