The Lot Attendant plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and well organized parking environment. This position supports daily operations by monitoring parking activity, assisting guests, ensuring payment compliance, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The Lot Attendant represents Premium Parking’s commitment to providing great places to park and exceptional service at every location. Available Shifts: 7am to 4pm daily with one hour lunch break May have opportunities for overtime during special events

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful assistance as needed.
  • Offer directions, support with payment questions, and general site information
  • Address concerns professionally and escalate issues to leadership when needed
  • Monitor parking activity to ensure proper payment and compliance with posted rules.
  • Observe lot flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational issues.
  • Support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lot by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, and in working condition.
  • Conduct routine walk throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or vandalism.
  • Follow all safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and support a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational standards at all times.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided).
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Prior parking, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License may be required based on site
  • Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
  • May be required to bend, push, twist and pull objects repetitively
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
  • Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
