About The Position

Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Porter & QC Specialist to support our service department s daily operations and ensure every vehicle meets our high-quality standards before returning to our customers. This dual-role position plays a key part in maintaining efficient service flow, vehicle safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Safely transport, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership lot
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and shop spaces
Greet customers in the service lane and assist with directing them to service advisors
Stage vehicles appropriately for technicians and prepare vehicles for customer pickup
Perform detailed post-service quality inspections to confirm all repairs and services were completed correctly
Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to service advisors or technicians promptly
Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards prior to customer delivery
Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
